Gold Care
To clean your solid gold jewellery, soak for a few moments in a solution of warm water and a drop of detergent. Gently scrub with a soft-bristled or baby-sized toothbrush, to dislodge any dirt. Pat dry with a cotton or microfibre cloth as tissue or paper towel will scratch the metal. Some lotions, Chlorine water, soaps and your body’s natural oils can affect the lustre of your golden piece. It is recommended to remove jewels when swimming in pools etc..

Gingko bilboba
The Gingko is so very special to me.
I feel like she was a gentle teacher in the background guiding me towards the world of astroherbalism.
Her leaves, look like the two hemispheres of the brain, my first introduction to the 'doctrine of signatures'. Having two-lobed fan leaves resemble the brains' hemispheres, suggesting its affinity for the mind, memory and cerebral flow.
The Gingko stands tall, strong, holding a deep reverence for the for all that was. Her roots run deep, holding the wisdom held with our ancestral lines. A tree of longevity, perseverance, and memory.
Her ability to stand the test of time, some over a millennia and still thriving, teaches us longevity and resilience, integrating life lessons, and standing firm through upheaval.
Connected to the Air element and mercury with her affinities for the mind and cognitive function but due to her sheer size, with deep rooted old slow growth I would also connect her to the Earth Element and Virgo. The leaves that were used in the molding process were picked while the sun was passing through the Virgo constellation which I feel was perfect timing.!
