How long will my parcel take to arrive? 
We always try to send off your items as speedily as possible and endeavour to get all titem out within 3 working days (though usually sooner).

Items within Australia usually take 2-5 days but there have been exteneded delays with shipping due to Covid. Overseas shipping cat take up to 21 buisness days depening on which country. We send everything in Australia express.

 At Botanical Stone, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, ethically sourced and handcrafted jewellery. We want you to be in love with your piece. Should you have a change of heart within 30 days of purchasing, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

Please note our policy does not include sale items or earrings (for obvious hygiene reasons).

All change of heart returns must be returned in original saleable condition & must not be worn or damaged. Refunds will be made via the original method of purchase, minus $10 shipping and handling fee, plus 7% for orders placed with Afterpay. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item (s) returned to us prior and for any costs incurred.

Faulty Item - We're very sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition, or one that you didn't order! Please contact us and we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. If an item was faulty or damaged, we will exchange or refund and will pay for return postage. This process starts once we have had visual confirmation, we can then arrange return shipping.

Returns must be shipped by trackable postal service, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that cannot be confirmed to have reached us. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or providing a refund in individual case by case manner.

 Please note, we have a 3 Month repair warranty period on all of our pieces, excluding fair wear and tear.

Custom Gold Jewels

Our Gold and custom jewels are in the exciting beginning stages. All of our Gold designs are made by myself with love and intention. There is currently a 5- 7 week wait time on all custom pieces and I try always to finish within that time frame. It is just myself that runs everything here whilst also working and mummying. 

To order Gold pieces there are three ways to do so.  

Ready to ship - Each month a small handful of ready to ship items will be released. 

Select from our set designs - These are all made to order and are made in the style setting shown on the listing. Each piece will be the same as the listing but the stone will vary slightly as each stone has its own character, colours and patterns within. When purchasing you are welcome to add any notes and I will always try to use a stone that matches your request. 

Build your own ring - This is a new option.

To order your own custom ring, purchase the tree and loose stone. We can work from older designs, tweaking to create your perfect piece. I will be in contact within the next few days to work with you to finalise design style including the stone settings, and will send imagery each stage, before moving to the next. 

The tree option is the calculated cost of gold, design and time. When ordering your tree, you will need to include whether you want the stone claw or bezel set, and your sizing. 

Each piece is created to tell a story of tree and crystal,  woven together to symbolically represent a moment, for you.

Each piece is organic, working with real plant molds showing all of the tiny detail in the trees leaves and branches. If you are looking for a pristine Cartier style ring these are not for you. They have been made to showcase the rawness of the plants, being its focal point and I take pride in the raw organic nature of the plant while incorporating the perfect faceted geometry of the crystal.
