Please note: regardless of the scenario, all returns/exchanges/repairs must be accompanied by a printed, completed, and signed Return Form.

Change of heart policy:

Should you have a change of heart within 30 days of purchasing, we are happy to offer an exchange, store credit, or refund (minus postage costs).
All change of heart returns must be returned in original saleable condition & must not be worn, used, or damaged in any way.

This also means that when the item is shipped back to us, it needs to be suitably wrapped and protected so it arrives in the same condition that you received it in. If a refund is chosen, it will be made via the original method of purchase, minus shipping costs.

Any orders paid for with Afterpay will incur a 7% fee to be subtracted from the total refund amount.

Please note that our change of heart policy does not cover sale items or earrings for hygiene reasons and determining whether an item is in 'original saleable condition' is at the sole discretion of Botanical Stone.

Faulty or incorrect item:

We're very sorry if an item you have received is not in perfect condition or one that you didn't order! Please contact us and we can resolve this for you as soon as possible - we've got you covered!
If an item was faulty or damaged, we will exchange or issue you with a refund and will cover all necessary postage costs. This process starts once we have had visual confirmation and then we can arrange return shipping. 
Returns must be shipped by a trackable postal service as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that cannot be confirmed to have reached us. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

Repair Policy:

We offer a 90 day repair warranty period on all of our pieces, excluding fair wear and tear, item/stone damage due to being dropped, etc.

Australian consumer law:

We will endeavor to always meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, or other similar legislation as necessary, which may include (but are not limited to) replacing the item if stock is available, or providing a refund as necessary, on an individual case by case manner.
